Call me Scrooge

I'm actually glad Christmas is over. We took down our tree last night, and it felt great to get my living room back in working order. I remember getting upset at my mom for wanting to take the tree down practically the day after Christmas (really it was a week or so later). But I can totally relate now. Christmas can get exhausting, messy, and a bit overwhelming. As fun and wonderful as it is, it's nice when it's over, and New Year's comes to start things over fresh.
