What we need is a time speeder upper.

I'm typing this on an iPad, and since I guess Apple and Google don't love eachother, it doesn't let me format it at all. That's why there aren't any paragraphs or spaces between the different things. When I typed it, they were there. Then I publish it and it's gone. If you know how to fix that, let me know. Today I'm 25 weeks, which is a good thing for our little girl. It means I probably will have about 7 more weeks in here. We have really been overwhelmed by the outpouring of love for our little family. Everyone wants to know what they can do, but honestly right now we just have to sit and wait. Justin and Ollie are staying at my mom's and she is taking good care of them. Our house is kind of closed up and shut down for the time being. My mom watched Ollie during the day and nights that Justin stays with me. We're really just in survival mode. Nothing with my condition has changed, nor do I expect it to. If it does, it will probably only be for the worse, as there's really no chance of these things healing themselves. What I need is for time to go quickly. I'm so grateful to have Justin. Hes been superman for eveeryone through all of this, and I really wish that I could do something to ease his burdens. But he never complains or even acts upset- the undying optimist in him prevails again. I know I couldn't get through this without him. I'll try to not just post about mopy things on here, although it might be a little hard since thats how I feel most of the time. A few funny Ollie things: He usually calls me Mama, but a few times has slipped into some kind of hillbilly accent, which Justin encourages ruthlessly, because it means that he now calls me "Mawww Mawww". The other day I was warming up some chicken noodle soup for him for lunch, and Hobbes was swirling around my ankles while I was standing at the stove. Ollie comes over to Hobbes, points to him and shouts, "No Hobbies! My noodles!!" Heaven forbid your kitty should eat your noodles! Along the same lines with the hillbilly voice, Ollie is constantly telling us to "Come HERRRRRR!" He's in love with Curious George, and so since we've been here, I think we've watched the full length movie at least 4 times. Before that it was Beauty and the Beast (the only Disney movie we own, and we would have to put it on several times a week. I loved it at first, but of course, after wathcing it 15 times, even your favorite Disney movie starts to wear on your nerves a little. He has never ever been one to fall asleep in my lap or on my shoulder, or pretty much anywhere except in his bed or strapped into his car seat (because he can't move. But when I mom brought him to see me the other day, he climbed right up into my bed with me and fell soundly asleep for over an hour. Since then he's napped with me several times, and spent the night twice, all snuggled up right next to me. I'm not sure who needed it more, but either way, I think it makes us both feel so much better. Now if only hospital beds were queen sized so that Justin could fit too...

I hope time speeds up for you. That is so sweet that Ollie will sleep with you.

I too hope time speeds up for you. I only did 3 weeks of bedrest with Jacob, and that was hard; I honestly could not imagine hospital bedrest Amanda. Velementous insertion is crazy. We have had 2-3 patients with it, and they did not even know about it until after delivery. All of the babies did awesome thankfully. The accreta is hard, something I have worried about with each pregnancy, but it sounds like they are monitoring you closely and that you are in awesome hands. We will be praying for a healthy little gal and momma. Hang in there.
