Rainy Days

Now that the temperatures are finally out of the freezing and hard frost range, we, like the rest of the country, have been having a lot of rain.

Ruby is getting a little frustrated that we haven't been able to take our afternoon walks.
As am I.
It doesn't matter much to Hobbes. Once in a while he gets the itch to dart outside, but then he quickly realizes the error of his decision and yowls to come back inside his cozy, soft, temperature controled, all-you-can-eat-buffet-containing, quiet house.

And yes, we still have the cats. I don't post about them as much because they are pretty boring compared to a baby.

We spend our time finding ways to get our wiggles out.

Ollie has learned to climb the stairs, he cut his 4th tooth, he gives high fives, and we build a lot of block towers to knock over. We've also made bread, cookies, pickles, salsa, yogurt, sauerkraut (didn't turn out so good), and granola. We've read a lot of books, and a lot of books a lot of times. We've figured out how to get Ollie to give us more kisses. You kind of have to trick him into doing it, but it's so dang cute...
