He's been sitting up for about a week now! And I mean sitting up without toppling over for the most part. He's been "sitting" for longer, but it didn't really count. He still does the occassional topple, but I feel OK leaving him on the blanket by himself for a few minutes.
This boy is ACTIVE. He got it from his Daddy.I'm terribly afraid for when he starts crawling, which doesn't seem to be too far away...

He got a sock monkey?! I love those. I saw them somewhere and I almost bought one for myself :) Amanda, Ollie is such a handsome kid. (And that is probably all because of your 50% ) Once Ollie does start crawling you will want to get a baby gate. But you could be somewhere TOTALLY new by then :)
