I can barely contain myself!

There's so much excitement coming in the near future! For one, I'm pregnant, which is the most exciting thing of my entire life. It's just as, if not more exciting the second time around, and we are praying and praying for everything to go well. If sickness is any sign of a healthy baby, then we're good to go, because I'm exponentially worse this go-round. Last time I had occassional nausea (easily quelled with some bunny grahams), and a healthy serving of fatigue. This time, I'm having a hard time eating, not eating, and really nothing helps the nausea to go away. But I'm fine with it. I'm chugging ginger ale, because that seems to do well, and I'm just so thankful for this pregnancy. It is such a blessing.

Next, my beautiful sister Margie is coming out for Thanksgiving! We have a little problem between Justin and I, which is that it's my family's tradition to watch the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade on Thanksgiving morning, but Justin abhorrs parades. Especially ones that you have to wake up early for, and can't even catch any of the candy they throw. It pretty much breaks my heart to wake up super early on Thanksgiving to eat maple rolls and watch the parade BY MYSELF. And don't even think about asking, he won't budge on his resolve to not watch that parade, no matter how much it hurts my feelings. SO, lucky for our marriage, Marge is coming out to watch it with me, and eat maple rolls in Thanksgiving bliss. Justin can sleep all day if he wants. And she's staying here for a whole WEEK, so we will be having fun. (That is an understatement.)

ALSO, I'm participating in a Black Friday Boutique in Provo to attempt to sell some hair accessories and get a little promo time for my veils. I've been working almost non-stop on getting those ready (It's a ton of work), and I'll probably post pictures of the loot soon. I hope it will be fun and worth the time and energy- I'm sure it will. I'm just a little leary after 3 Black Fridays with Mod Bod, I like to avoid the day all together. We'll see how it goes.

Finally, we decided that we're going home for Christmas this year! We hadn't planned on it, because airfare can get SO pricey, but I've been a little bit homesick lately, and Justin agreed that it would be a good idea if we went home. I'm really looking forward to it, especially because we're going to take RUBY! Hopefully Ruby and her Aunt Rosie will become best friends, and I will feel a lot more at peace having her with us instead of trapped inside all day, or boarded at a kennel. We're going to try to be home on the 18th, and come back the 3rd of January. I think it will be so nice to be home for the Holidays this year, and I'm really looking forard to seeing family and friends, and getting to do all those Christmas-y things that you can only do at home.

So you can see why I'm having containment issues with my excitement! So many good things, I feel so blessed. I don't know how Justin and I have gotten so lucky to be able to share such an exciting, lovely, and wonderful life together. And speaking of Wonderful Life(s), I'm sure that movie will be thrown into the mix sometime this season. It, along with Miracle on 34th Street, is definitely my favorite Christmas movie....

What are your plans this season? If you're looking for somewhere to go on Thanksgiving, join us! We would love the company, and always have too much food anyway!
