Happy Valentine's Day!

I finally broke down and made the cake truffles I've been goggling over for the last several months (thanks to Bakerella). They turned out amazing! I was originally planning to make them into pops for my co-workers as Valentines, but it's late and I got lazy. The best thing is that Justin liked them so much he asked if he could take some to his co-workers tomorrow! It makes me so happy to know he likes them that much, and that he's actually proud of my "abilities" if you want to call it that.

These were super easy, although I'd recommend getting a cube of styrofoam if you plan on doing pops. It's pretty impossible without it. Truffles just need a silpat or some parchment paper, and they turn out wonderful.
