2 months and 6 days of no Diet Coke, no soda, and only 2 artificially flavored beverages.

They were both lemonades- and I'll explain. I was being bad on two separate occasions when Justin had to work late, so I went to Arby's for dinner, which is definitely my guilty pleasure. (Curly Fries? So hard to give up...) And anyway, it was cheaper for me to get a combo with a drink than it would be for me to have just gotten the sandwich and fries. How dumb is that? Very. I think the world is out to kill me with deliciously poisonous food.

Anyway, I'm still proud of myself. I quit cold turkey aside from my afore mentioned deviances.

As for sugar, I'm still trying. I'm not going to confess everything because it would be embarrassing and talk way too long. However, I think the best thing is that I'm completely aware of everything I eat every time I put it in my mouth. I read every label, I weigh out every decision. It's just that I don't always make the best decisions.

Oh well.

Baby steps, right?

Congrats to you on taking charge of your health and sticking to it. I am ready for you to bring out the big guns. But you will still love me in my weakness right?

You are doing GREAT!! Fantabulous!! I wish I could be that good. If there are nights when you are bored you should call me cause Ben has the LSAT class that goes till real late and it would be fun to do something.
